Description
Zehan Jagosh is an associate in the Banking and Finance group in the Toronto office. His practice focuses on representing borrowers and lenders in various banking matters and general corporate/commercial transactions. He also has experience advising on both secured and unsecured acquisition financings, real estate financings, project finance and asset-based lending transactions, consisting of both bilateral and syndicated loan structures.

Prior to law school, Zehan completed a Master’s degree at the University of Western Ontario where he focused on Environment and Sustainability. Much of his research focused on corporate sustainability, circular economy start-ups and sustainable finance. He then continued studies at the University of Windsor where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree.

Zehan joined Dentons as a summer student in 2021 and articled with the Firm in 2023.
