Description
Danielle Mallozzi is an associate in the Real Estate group of the Dentons Toronto office.

Danielle focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing. She works on all stages of transactions, including drafting LOIs for the acquisition of land, reviewing property due diligence during the conditional period, and assisting with the closing process. Danielle has experience drafting various contracts such as development management agreements, sales and marketing agreements, and master services agreements.

Prior to joining Dentons, Danielle was Legal Counsel for a North American homebuilder, which allows her to approach legal issues from a practical business perspective. In that role, she assisted with an initial bond offering of US$400 million and a CA$150 million revolving credit facility by managing and reviewing due diligence and acting as a lead point of contact for various due diligence related requests.
