Description
Maree Bullivant is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance group based in the Dentons Toronto office.

Maree’s practice focuses on banking, corporate finance, debt financing, and related transactions. She advises both lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured financings (bilateral and syndicated), project financings, asset-based lending transactions, and cross-border transactions. Maree’s industry experience includes agricultural lending and agribusiness and marine/admiralty matters.

Before joining Dentons, Maree worked as an associate in Vancouver at a Canadian business law firm. Prior to that, she worked as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand. Maree earned a Master of Laws, a Bachelor of Law degree, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, specializing in psychology and philosophy, from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
