Description
Thomas (Tom) Nichini is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Toronto. He has a broad commercial and civil litigation practice with a focus on public, Aboriginal and Indigenous law, and appellate level advocacy.

Tom holds a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Aboriginal and Indigenous law from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. During his time in law school, he clerked at the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and published papers in the Journal of Management Education and the Canadian Bar Association. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Tom earned a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (with a focus on Urban Design) from The University of British Columbia.
