Description
Vince is a senior associate at Dentons, specializing in the area of commercial leasing. With a deep understanding of both the legal and business aspects of the field, Vince represents a diverse range of clients, including landlords, tenants, developers, property managers, franchisors and retailers across sectors including luxury fashion, quick-service dining, fitness and grocery retail.

Vince has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and related ancillary agreements for office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties. In addition to leasing, he has experience negotiating property management agreements, license agreements, telecom access agreements and collateral access agreements, providing comprehensive support to his clients.

A regular contributor to commercial leasing discourse, Vince has hosted roundtables at the ICSC Canadian Law Conference and is a contributing author of the Second Edition of Assignment, Subletting, and Change of Control in a Commercial Lease: A Practical Guide. He is also a past contributor to the Law Society of Ontario’s Eight-Minute Commercial Leasing Lawyer program, where he has provided insights on key issues and developments in the area of commercial leasing.
