Description
Annette Francis is a senior law clerk in the Toronto office’s Corporate/Commercial department. She has extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients on various corporate law matters, with a focus on corporate matters (i.e.. incorporation, amalgamation, dissolution, extra-provincial matters, etc.).

Prior to joining Dentons, Annette was a corporate law clerk at another Canadian law firm. She is an active member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.
