Ahmed Mudathir is a senior associate in the Corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and transactional matters and venture technology and emerging growth companies.
Ahmed advises Canadian and international acquirers, founders, investors and venture capitalists across a number of sectors in Canada, and has represented entrepreneurs and technology companies at all stages of growth on corporate law, financings, mergers and acquisitions and other business law considerations.
Prior to joining Dentons, Ahmed was a member of a leading national law firm focusing on corporate and commercial transactions and leveraging the use of cutting-edge legal technologies.
