Emeleigh Moulton (She/Her/Hers) is an associate in the Corporate group at Dentons. Her practice focuses on securities, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate and commercial matters. Emeleigh advises and has experience working with clients in various industries including cannabis, technology, healthcare, insurance, mining, and energy.
Emeleigh joined Dentons as a summer student in 2019 and articled with the firm in 2020-2021. During her articles, she completed a secondment to Bank of Montreal.
