Description
Jodi Borrelli is a senior law clerk in the Toronto office’s Entertainment Law and Banking and Finance groups. Jodi focuses on the motion picture, television and entertainment industries, encompassing production and project finance. She has extensive experience working for Canadian and international financial institutions and corporate borrowers. Her experience allows her to assist with financial services transactions including drafting and negotiating corporate and security documents, conducting and analyzing corporate and security searches and assisting with due diligence.

Prior to joining Dentons in 2014, Jodi worked at another Canadian law firm.
