Description
Miranda (She/Her/Hers) is an associate in the Corporate group at Dentons. Her practice focuses on transaction-based matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities, corporate finance, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Complementing her corporate practice, she has gained experience in competition and antitrust law, supply chain operations, manufacturing, non-profits, and public service. Prior to joining Dentons, Miranda worked at the Competition Bureau of Canada, where her work focused on mergers and monopolistic practices. This extensive background allows her to acquire a deeper understanding of clients’ core business needs and practical realities.

Miranda joined Dentons in 2019 as a summer student, and articled with the firm in 2020-2021.
