Description
Dragana Cerovina is a senior associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, with a practice that focuses on complex civil litigation matters and construction disputes.

She regularly acts for owners, contractors, sub-contractors, and lenders in relation to disputes involving construction liens, contract termination, holdback, and trust claims. Dragana has assisted clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions of project agreements, design build agreements, and design services agreements, amongst others. In addition to her litigation practice, she also regularly assists construction industry clients with the negotiation and drafting of contract and procurement documents.

Dragana has acted as co-counsel at trials and motions, and has broad experience in obtaining injunctive remedies for clients.

Dragana’s colleagues and clients benefit from her construction industry knowledge, which she gained from her prior role as an estimator and coordinator at an international construction company.
