Description
Medina Young is a Senior Law Clerk in Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, with extensive experience in litigation and mortgage enforcement.

Medina brings more than 28 years’ experience, working in the areas of family law, criminal, bankruptcy, litigation, commercial, banking transactions (small business loans), and mortgage enforcement, including real estate transactions.

Working closely with the Firm’s litigation lawyers on various complex files, Medina assist clients through the entire mortgage enforcement process, from the commencement of demand letters through to resolution, whether the loan is brought into good standing, discharged or assigned to a new lender. Her diversity of experience also includes commencing actions before the Superior Court of Justice, and preparing documentation regarding the sale and registration of the mortgaged property.

Medina works not only with the lenders, but also with borrowers, tenants, property managers, real estate agents, process servers and governmental agencies, to reach a cost-effective and timely resolution.
