Description
Claire Browne (She/Her/Hers) is a senior associate in the Employment and Labour group of the Dentons Toronto office. Claire advises private and public sector clients in all areas of labour, employment, occupational health and safety, and pensions and benefits law, including employment contract and policies, discipline and termination, human rights and workplace accommodations, and labour relations.

Claire represents employers in wrongful dismissal civil actions, occupational health and safety matters, and proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board. In her employee pensions and benefits practice, Claire works with sponsors, administrators, trustees, and employers who administer and participate in pension and benefits plans.

Prior to joining Dentons as an associate, Claire was a summer student in 2018 and completed her articles with the Firm in 2019-2020.
