Description
Jonathan Wallace is an associate in the Banking and Finance group of Dentons’ Toronto office. In his practice, he represents borrowers and lenders in various banking matters and general corporate/commercial transactions.
Jonathan completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph, where he competed as a Varsity Mens Basketball athlete, receiving multiple merit-based awards and graduating with distinction. He continued his studies at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. At Osgoode, Jonathan was heavily involved in advocacy and represented the law school in the Canadian National Negotiation Competition and the International Law school Mediation Tournament, in addition to serving as the President of the Advocacy Society.
Jonathan joined Dentons as a summer student in 2020 and articled with the Firm in 2022.
