Description
Emily Kroboth (She/Her/Hers) is an Associate in the Employment & Labour group at the Toronto office of Dentons Canada LLP. Emily advises clients in all areas of labour and employment law, including employment contract and policies, discipline and termination, human rights and workplace accommodations, labour relations and occupational health and safety.

Emily is a graduate of the JD program at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. During her studies, Emily worked at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic and participated in an international exchange at the University of Groningen, in the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Dentons as an associate, Emily was a summer student in 2018 and 2019, and completed her articles with the firm in 2020-2021.
