Description
Radha Lamba is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property groups at Dentons. Radha has a broad litigation practice working on complex commercial and civil matters, including franchise disputes, intellectual property disputes, contractual disputes, and professional liability. She also has experience in assisting clients through alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and arbitrations. In her Intellectual Property practice, Radha assists on various matters including trademarks registrations, oppositions and availability opinions as well as guidance on general IP strategy.

Radha graduated from the Dual JD program at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and Detroit Mercy School of Law. During law school, Radha volunteered at the Federal Pro Se Clinic in Detroit, Michigan, where she supported self-represented litigants through the legal process. Radha was the recipient of various awards for her academic and extra-curricular achievements including the Dean’s Achievement Award and multiple Book Awards.
