Description
Fatimah (she/her/hers) is an Associate in our Employment and Labour group. She represents employers in both the private and public sectors on a wide range of issues in labour relations and employment law. This includes advising on employment contracts and workplace policies, employee terminations, wrongful dismissal actions, grievance arbitration and human rights and accommodation matters.

Fatimah received her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her studies, Fatimah was an executive member of Osgoode’s Labour and Employment Law Society, the South Asian Law Students Association, and the Osgoode Women’s Network. Fatimah was also a representative in Osgoode’s Student Caucus in which she reviewed policies and proposals for new academic programs and advocated on behalf of students in the Clinical Education and Equality sub-committees. Before law school, Fatimah completed a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto.
