Description
A senior associate lawyer in Dentons’ Real Estate, Project Development, and Banking and Finance groups, Yin’s practice incorporates all areas of commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and project financing.
She represents large financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial lending matters, and assists in structuring, negotiating, and preparing financial agreements and associated loan documentation and security.
Yin began her career with Dentons in 2016 as a summer student and completed her articling year with the Firm.
