Description
Mark Milanetti is building a broad business law practice, focusing on corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Mark joined Miller Thomson LLP in 2021, following valuable experiences summering, articling, and working as an associate at a mid-sized Hamilton firm.

Aside from his professional practice, Mark is a member of Miller Thomson’s United Way and Student Recruitment committees. During law school, Mark volunteered and worked with Pro Bono Students Canada and Horizon Educational Consulting, helping draft a report identifying the barriers and obstacles parents face in accessing special education for their children in Ontario schools.

Mark holds several professional memberships, demonstrating his commitment to staying connected within the legal community. In law school, Mark was the captain of the University of Ottawa’s Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Moot team, helping the team reach the semi-finals of the competition.
