Description
Kaitlyn is an associate in Miller Thomson LLP’s Social Impact Group. Her practice is devoted to charities and not-for-profit law, where she assists clients with a variety of matters, including incorporation and charitable registration, corporate governance, and tax and regulatory compliance issues.

Kaitlyn joined Miller Thomson as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with the firm in 2024. Kaitlyn received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2023 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024. Prior to attending law school she obtained her Bachelor of Science from McGill University.

During law school Kaitlyn was involved in the law school community as an upper year mentor and moot coach.
