Description
Wendy is building a business law practice with a focus on corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She has assisted on various matters including public and private acquisitions, private placements, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.

Wendy was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. During her articling term, Wendy completed a secondment at the Corporate Finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. In law school, she volunteered at a business law clinic assisting start-ups with their legal needs and worked at an international organization focusing on policy and access-to-justice projects with regulatory bodies.
