Madison Derraugh is developing a versatile corporate law practice with a focus on securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance. She skillfully navigates private and public transactions, securities regulations, financings, prospectus offerings, and reverse takeovers, drawing on her experience in various sectors. Madison has held positions in both the public and private sectors and worked with stakeholders in multiple industries.

Madison has volunteered with St. John Ambulance, Therapy Dog Program and within the Ringette Ontario community.

While at law school, Madison provided legal services on a wide range of business matters to small and early-stage businesses and entrepreneurs and participated in academic exchanges to Belgium and Italy. Madison is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
