Baira Oldvurova is an associate in the Private Client Services Group. Her practice focuses on estate planning and estate administration matters advising on a wide range of estate issues, including probate planning and protection strategies.Baira Oldvurova prepares wills, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations and other documents relevant to estate planning providing tailored and customized approach to each client. She regularly assists trust companies and individuals, who act as estate trustees, guiding them through estate administration process, obtaining a certificate of appointment of estate trustee and advising on various estate administration issues, including assessment and distribution of the estate assets, estate accounting and executor’s compensation.
