Julia’s business law practice primarily focuses on private mergers and acquisitions spanning a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, software/technology, distribution, health care, engineering, and agri-business. Julia has extensive experience representing clients in a range of transactions, including domestic and cross-border share and asset acquisitions, amalgamations and reorganizations, and private equity fund formations and portfolio investments. She also provides advice on corporate governance and many types of commercial agreements. Julia offers practical, results-driven legal advice that caters to clients’ business needs. Julia is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
