Description
Doug is an associate practicing land use planning and municipal law. Prior to law school Doug worked for a municipality and later consulted on large construction and infrastructure projects across Ontario.

Doug has law degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy where he was Vice President of the Students’ Law Society and an executive on the Municipal Law Club. Prior to law school Doug earned a degree in urban planning from the University of Waterloo. Doug has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, Small Claims Court, American Federal 6th Circuit Court, and various boards and tribunals. Doug previously sat as the Chairman of Kitchener’s Committee of Adjustment where he hears and decides applications for minor variances and land severances.
