Derek Levinsky (He/Him/His) is a partner in Dentons’ Corporate group and Insurance sector practice.

Derek’s work focuses on corporate and regulatory matters, with an significant emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions, including assumption reinsurance transactions and reinsurance security arrangements. In the insurance sector, he has experience advising on complex, high-value cross-border transactions and structuring joint venture arrangements.
