Description
Dennis is a partner and co-chair of Dentons’ global Banking and Finance group in the Toronto office of Dentons Canada LLP, Dennis has a specialized banking and finance practice focusing on both lending transactions and restructuring/insolvency matters.

Dennis represents both Canadian and foreign lenders and borrowers in structuring domestic Canadian and cross-border commercial and corporate loan transactions, syndicated and non-syndicated multi-currency financings, merger and acquisition financing transactions, asset securitization transactions and equipment lease transactions, as well as corporate reorganizations, debt restructurings, enforcement of creditors’ rights, insolvency and receivership matters, and negotiating standstill and forbearance agreements.
