Description
Andrew Gunpat’s practice is in business law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate finance, governance and corporate/commercial matters. He has represented clients in multiple sectors on a variety of matters including public and private M&A, financings, listings, and corporate governance.

Andrew regularly participates in the firm’s pro bono program which involves providing advice to pro bono clients on various matters. Andrew is also a Committee Member of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association’s Young Professionals Committee.

Andrew imparts his knowledge as an instructor of multiple law school and business school courses, including the Corporate Finance and Securities Regulation courses at the University of Windsor’s law school, and the Mergers & Acquisitions course at the University of Guelph’s business school.
