Description
Pat Santini has been practicing law for more than 40 years, and specializes in commercial / insurance law. He has pleaded over 100 cases at all levels of court including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Pat is a recipient of the Ontario Bar Association’s Award for Excellence in Insurance Law and is a member of the International Association of Defence Counsel. He has also been admitted as a Fellow to the American College of Trial Lawyers which recognizes the very best of the trial bar from the United States and Canada

He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a specialist in civil litigation. Pat is also recognized as a leading insurance litigator by L’Expert, and since 2006 he has been selected by his peers to be included in “The Best Lawyers in Canada”. Pat also received the Award of Excellence from the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization (CIAO).

Pat has been a lecturer and seminar leader in insurance law and trial advocacy at the University of Ottawa. He has also served as an instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Bar Admission Course for the Civil Procedure, Professional Responsibility and Advocacy courses.

At the community level, Pat believes in giving back to the community we live in and serve, and he has been involved with many charitable entities serving on various community boards and committees to raise funds for many worthwhile causes.
