In a practice that focusses on commercial, construction and general litigation, Allison is always prepared to devote the time and energy needed to advance her clients’ interests, providing prompt advice in order to guide clients towards a fair resolution. When confronted with complex legal issues, Allison focusses her efforts on analyzing the facts and conducting the research needed to develop an effective legal strategy.

Allison advises construction clients with respect to construction liens, trust claims, delay claims and contractual disputes. Allison’s experience also includes commercial lease disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes and contractual disputes. Allison has successfully represented clients before the Small Claims Court, the Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
