From first intake to final settlement, Joshua takes a methodical and thorough approach to each assignment to ensure that clients have a complete understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of their matter. Joshua appears regularly before the Superior Court and Small Claims Court and takes a careful approach in preparing written materials, so that a client’s position is persuasively communicated even before he enters the Courthouse. In addition, Joshua’s experience in estate planning and estate administration gives him a unique insight in guiding individuals through estate disputes.

Joshua’s personable demeanor helps put new clients at ease with the legal process and they can count on him for an honest and practical assessment of their matter. After working in customer service throughout his schooling, Joshua understands the importance of caring for each and every client and is committed to delivering the very best legal and personal service.

A history enthusiast, voracious reader, and obsessive board gamer, Joshua also spends his downtime immersing himself in ancient and medieval history and travelling the world to see the places where history was made. Joshua also volunteers with different local organizations and served four years on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa School of Art from 2019-2022. Joshua also has a yoga mat in his office, which he likes to think he’ll use.
