Eric’s practice is focused on commercial litigation, construction disputes and insurance defence. With over 37 years acting for businesses in the construction & insurance sectors, Eric 
uses his industry knowledge to effectively advise on fire, force majeure, building envelope
failure and other construction related insurance defence claims. He also represents insurers on 
substantial personal injury claims. Eric advises clients regarding construction, real estate, 
banking and other commercial disputes.

Eric is Certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation and holds
