Description
Frank practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning and business law. The collegial environment at Kelly Santini LLP inspires Frank, who believes his conscientiousness with clients is one of his more valuable attributes.

Frank graduated from Carleton University with a bachelor of arts degree in 1974, and from the University of Ottawa in 1978 with an LL.B. He was called to the Bar in 1980 and joined Hamilton | Appotive four years later.

Frank’s professional affiliations include the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Carleton County Law Association and the Canadian-Italian Advocates Organization. He served as president and as a director of the Italian-Canadian Business and Professional Association of Ottawa-Carleton.

Frank serves as a Director on the Board of the Villa Marconi Long-Term Care Centre.
