In his employment practice, Danesh advises employees and employers on all forms of disputes including wrongful dismissal, race, gender and other human rights violations as well as violations of employment standards. He also works with employers on proactive measures to meet their obligations and to help prevent the cost and disruption of potential future claims or damage to their business.

Danesh frequently acts on shareholder, suppliers, joint-venture disputes and other commercial litigation matters. Drawing on his past experience as plaintiff counsel, Danesh advises insurers on the defence of motor vehicle and bodily injury claims. In each case, Danesh combines a commercial perspective with his legal recommendations so that the matter can be resolved in the best interest of his clients.

When matters cannot be resolved through negotiation, arbitration or mediation, Danesh is always prepared to take a file to trial. He has successfully appeared before numerous tribunals, as well as the Ontario Divisional and Superior Courts, and the Court of Appeal.
