Her experience includes incorporations, extra-provincial registrations, business name registrations, limited partnerships, reorganizations, continuances, amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, asset and share purchase transactions, due diligence and corporate proceedings, such as annual resolutions for dividends and share redemptions under Ontario and Federal legislation for private and public corporations. Marna assists with corporate clients and Federal not-for-profit corporations. She also maintains the corporate database system, minute books and records.
