Description
As a member of the Aird & Berlis Real Estate Group, Antonietta Principe assists lawyers and law clerks with all types of real property transactions, including commercial, residential and condominium. She specializes in searching title across Ontario in both the Registry System and Land Titles System. Her responsibilities include preparing title summaries, identifying and resolving title defects, reviewing surveys, closing transactions and preparing legal descriptions. In addition, she also prepares land titles applications for the purpose of land development.
