Description
Maryanne is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Group with more than 15 years of experience in the legal industry. Her responsibilities include assisting with the formation and organization of corporations; amendments to corporate governing documents; preparing corporate maintenance and change resolutions and filings; and registering business names, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships. She also assists with share transfer transactions, including rollovers and reorganizations.
