Description
Falon is a law clerk in the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. She assists with all aspects of corporate law, including incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances and amalgamations of corporations under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and Canada Business Corporations Act. Falon’s work also covers complex minute reviews and ratifications, asset purchase and sale transactions, reorganizations of corporate entities and the ongoing maintenance of corporate database systems. Her extensive experience includes various registrations, such as business names, extra-provincial filings and limited partnerships.
