Description
Elizabeth Schivas is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Group. She has experience in corporate law and financial services. Her expertise includes forming, organizing and maintaining Ontario corporations. She is also competent at drafting annual resolutions, dividend resolutions, asset and share purchase transactions and intercompany lending transactions. Elizabeth is responsible for maintaining and updating corporate minute books, drafting documents, assembling record books and reporting on complex tax transactions, as well as ongoing maintenance of corporate records and databases.
