Description
Greg Pietropaolo has over 30 years’ experience in real property transactions. As part of the Real Estate Group, Greg’s primary duties include, title searching in commercial, residential and condominium transactions; identifying and resolving title defects; reviewing surveys; preparing title summaries and First Applications into Land Titles. He is proficient in searching properties across Ontario in both the historic Registry System as well as the current electronic Land Titles System.
Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Greg worked for the Province of Ontario in the Land Registry Office as an abstract and registration clerk.
