Julie Sadowski is a law clerk in the Real Estate Group with 30 years of experience, primarily in the areas of new condominium sales and land development. She specializes in condominium deposit administration, including communications with Tarion and various deposit sureties, managing deposits funds for multiple large projects, completion of all security and registration documents relating to the deposit surety’s interests, as well as assisting with the completion of interim and final closings of condominium units. Other key areas of responsibility include communications with municipal legal departments, preparing various electronic transfers and easements required by subdivision agreements and preparing opinions and reports.
