John Scarpelli has been a member of the Aird & Berlis Real Estate Group for over 28 years. John assists lawyers and law clerks with various aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial, residential and condominium. He is experienced in title searching across Ontario in both the Land Titles System and Registry System, preparing title summaries, identifying and resolving title defects/issues, reviewing real property surveys/plans, preparing and submitting First Applications for Land Titles, reviewing Crown Patents, searching mining claims, closing transactions, preparing legal descriptions and preparing and registering documents in both the historic paper format and electronic TeraView system.
