Emily Norman commenced her career as a corporate law clerk in 2005. As a member of Aird & Berlis LLP’s Tax Group, she focuses on the implementation of tax-driven corporate reorganizations.
Emily has experience in all aspects of corporate law, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, share provisions, reorganizations, general restructuring, corporate maintenance and extra-provincial incorporations and registrations. Emily is an Associate Member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and has experience with training and mentoring junior law clerks.
