Description
Cindy Yi is a senior associate in the Real Estate group at Dentons. Her practice covers all aspects involving the purchase, sale, and financing of commercial real estate, as well as real property development and commercial leasing matters. She regularly acts for borrowers and lenders in secured lending transactions, and on behalf of both tenants and landlords in leases for office buildings, retail, industrial and other commercial properties.
Cindy is conversationally fluent in Mandarin and is actively involved in the Chinese Canadian business community in the Greater Toronto Area. She is also an active member of Toronto CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and sits on the membership committee.
