Theresa Cesareo (She/Her/Hers) is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

Her broad litigation practice includes commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial leasing disputes, professional negligence, construction litigation and franchise litigation.

Theresa has successfully represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court and various tribunals. She has also contributed to client matters before the Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal. Theresa has ample experience before the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, specifically in commission disputes. She has also successfully represented brokerage/agent clients before the Real Estate Commission of Ontario.

Theresa is passionate about alternative dispute resolution, restorative justice and mediation, employing a collaborative and creative approach to help clients negotiate and achieve their unique goals.
