Rohat graduated with an LL.B and an LL.M in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University, United Kingdom. More recently, he also completed a Global Professional LL.M in Business Law at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Prior to moving to Canada, Rohat practiced law in Dubai and represented clients across various industries, including Oil & Gas, Education, Healthcare, Mining, and Technology. He advised on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and regulatory compliance.
