Description
Luigi (Lou) Pasqualitto is an Associate in Fasken’s Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing and construction.
Lou completed his joint JD/MBA degree at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law and the Odette School of Business. Prior to law school, Lou graduated with distinction and received his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. Lou was awarded for his academic achievement in law school, ranking second in his class and receiving the Fasken Achievement in Law Award, Dean’s Achievement Award, JD/MBA Prize, Ron Fritz Scholarship in Law, and the John McAuliffe Memorial Award. Lou’s professional experiences include roles at a general law practice, public companies and crown corporations. He enjoys being involved in his community and spends time coaching at his local soccer club.
Lou summered and articled at the firm and was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission in 2022.
