I am a seasoned litigation lawyer with over 16 years of experience practicing in the Peel Region of Ontario, Canada, as the principal of TM Law. My practice has focused on providing strategic, results-oriented legal representation to individuals, businesses, and organizations across a broad spectrum of civil litigation, family law, Immigration appeals and real esate matters. Over the course of my career, I have developed extensive expertise in contract disputes, real estate litigation, construction liens, criminal defence, immigration appeals, mortgage enforcement, and family and estate disputes.

As a self-employed practitioner, I have successfully built and managed my own law practice, overseeing all aspects of client service, case strategy, negotiation, trial advocacy, and practice management.
