Description
Mike Jaworski advises employers on workplace issues and represents them in legal proceedings before arbitrators, courts, human rights tribunals and labour boards.

Mike devotes time to understand each client’s business so that he can assist them to proactively navigate and resolve their workplace issues. Mike regularly advises public and private sector employers on a wide range of issues, including labour disputes, grievance arbitrations, human rights and accommodation, employment standards, employment contracts and terminations, and wrongful dismissal.

Mike has also acted as chief spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations for businesses in various industries.

Prior to joining Fasken, Mike practiced at a boutique labour and employment law firm.
