Description
Giovanna Campagna’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate law and land development. Her experience extends to land acquisitions and dispositions, financing, leasing, and municipal matters throughout Canada, including office buildings, retail properties, industrial properties, and multi-family residential developments. Giovanna assists clients operating in a wide variety of industries, including commercial real estate, energy, construction, and finance sectors.

Giovanna completed a Dual Canadian and American law degree at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. During her studies, she was recognized by the Michigan Association of Corporate Counsel for excellence in corporate-related courses and experiences. This recognition led to an internship with the Wayne County Corporation Counsel’s Real Estate group, where she contributed to the management of the county’s assets and played a role in the economic growth of Detroit. Before joining Fasken, Giovanna articled and practiced at a national law firm in Toronto.

An active advocate for industry development, Giovanna is a member of Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Beyond the legal sphere, she serves on the alumnae board of Tri Delta – Canada Alpha Chapter, showcasing her commitment to both professional and community advancement.
